All employees are at least 18 years old. The company does not support child labour and conducts drug screening every three months to help maintain a safe workplace.
Weight verification
Materials may be weighed on the customer’s equipment or Windmill’s equipment. Verification can take place in the customer’s presence, either on-site or at our facility, with transparent reporting.

The agreed fixed percentage remains unchanged throughout the contract term. Final formulas and conditions depend on material type, volume and service scope.
